- manifest
A `PopgenVCFArtifactManifest` whose files exist.
- executions
List of lineage execution records.
- consumers
Optional named list mapping `module::name` artifact IDs to consuming execution IDs.
- execution_ids
Optional named character vector mapping module names to execution IDs. Defaults to `exec:<module>`.
