Manuscript regeneration plans — manuscript_regeneration_plans • popgenVCF

Builds deterministic section impact plans from explicit dependency changes. The plan does not modify manuscript text.

Arguments

manuscript_id: Stable manuscript identifier.
revision_id: Stable target revision identifier.
dependencies: Section dependency mappings.
changes: Changed dependency records.
generator_id: Stable generator identifier.
x: A regeneration plan or output directory.
strict: Whether blocked sections raise an error.
path: Output directory.
overwrite: Whether existing output may be replaced.

Value

A plan object, table, Markdown text, or output path.
