Create an execution state-transition record

Usage

new_execution_transition(plan_id, from, to, sequence, details = list())

Arguments

plan_id

Stable execution-plan identifier.

from

Previous state.

to

New state.

sequence

Positive transition sequence number.

details

Optional named transition metadata.

Value

A `popgen_execution_transition` object.
