Construct a Phase 9 to Phase 8 runtime adapter record — new_phase9_runtime

The adapter records one immutable mapping from a validated Phase 9 integration request and execution plan to a Phase 8 runtime plan. It does not execute the plan itself.

Arguments

integration_request_id: Phase 9 integration request identifier.
integration_request_fingerprint: SHA-256 request fingerprint.
phase9_plan_id: Phase 9 execution-plan identifier.
phase9_plan_fingerprint: SHA-256 Phase 9 plan fingerprint.
phase8_plan_fingerprint: SHA-256 fingerprint of the mapped Phase 8 runtime plan.
module_mapping: Named character vector mapping Phase 9 module IDs to Phase 8 runtime module IDs.
schema_resolutions: Named character vector mapping declared schema roles to resolved schema identifiers.
input_fingerprints: Named character vector of canonical scientific input fingerprints.
environment_fingerprint: Runtime-environment fingerprint.
resource_fingerprint: Resource-policy fingerprint.
adapter_version: Adapter contract version.
