Deterministic journal-oriented publication layouts — publication-layout-profiles • popgenVCF

Defines deterministic journal-oriented rendering profiles and binds them to Phase 0.9 publication report specifications without replacing existing journal submission profiles or renderer contracts.

Arguments

id: Stable layout-profile identifier.
journal_profile: An existing validated journal submission profile.
formats: Supported output formats.
geometry: Named page and margin geometry settings.
typography: Named typography settings.
structure: Named heading, numbering, caption, and placement settings.
bibliography: Named citation and bibliography settings.
submission: Named submission-layout requirements.
renderer_parameters: Named backend-independent renderer parameters.
version: Layout-profile version.
profile: A publication layout profile.
name: Built-in profile identifier.
spec: A publication report specification.
overrides: Named deterministic layout overrides.
binding: A publication layout binding.

Value

Constructors return deterministic fingerprinted records. Validators return TRUE invisibly. publication_layout_parameters() returns a canonically ordered named list and publication_layout_report() returns Markdown lines.
