Read canonical ancestry three-backend release evidence

read_canonical_ancestry_three_backend_evidence.Rd

Reconstructs a validated evidence object from a JSON file written by `write_canonical_ancestry_three_backend_evidence()`. Raw sample identities are not persisted (only `sample_order_sha256`), so the result is rebuilt directly from the retained fields rather than via `new_canonical_ancestry_three_backend_evidence()`.

Usage

read_canonical_ancestry_three_backend_evidence(path, require_approved = FALSE)

Arguments

path

Path to a retained evidence JSON file.

require_approved

Fail unless the evidence is approved.

Value

A validated `PopgenVCFCanonicalAncestryThreeBackendEvidence`.
