Usage

validate_manuscript_regeneration_execution(x, plan = NULL, strict = FALSE)

A `PopgenVCFRegenerationExecution` or written directory.

plan

Optional linked `PopgenVCFRegenerationPlan`.

strict

Whether pending, failed, skipped required, or unresolved actions raise an error.

Value

`TRUE` invisibly.
