Validate a scientific cache manifest — validate_scientific_cache

Returns a structured, fail-closed validation report. Cache reuse is allowed only when the report is valid and the expected key, payload checksum, schema, module contract, dependencies, and provenance all match.

Usage

Arguments

manifest: A cache manifest.
expected_key: Optional expected `popgen_cache_key`.
payload_checksum: Optional observed payload checksum.

Value

A `popgen_cache_validation` object.
