Write publication-ready ancestry artifacts — write_ancestry_publication

Creates backend-neutral ancestry barplots, uncertainty and stability diagnostics, K-selection figures, figure source tables, manuscript-ready methods and results text, captions, and validation records. Population metadata is optional.

Arguments

ancestry: A PopgenVCFAncestryReplicate, PopgenVCFAncestryConsensus, or PopgenVCFAncestryResult.
output_dir: Output directory.
metadata: Optional data frame with sample_id and optionally population.
k_selection: Optional PopgenVCFKSelection object.
backend: Optional backend filter for ancestry result collections.
k: Optional K filter for ancestry result collections.
replicate: Optional replicate filter for ancestry result collections.
palette: Optional cluster colour vector.
module: Artifact module namespace.

Value

A validated PopgenVCFArtifactManifest.
